Adjust pickup on segment level
What and How?
Useful to view and adjust your Live forecast at a day-by-day level (Room nights and ARR). Depending on your specific property you can adjust the pickup on either total segment level (the entire lump sum) or segment level i.e. Crew, Business, Complimentary and so on. We recommend you review and adjust the figures in the table daily to ensure the Live forecast for the coming 3 weeks is as accurate as possible. Switch between table and graph views with the icon in the top left corner. All changes made reflects in the graph. Changes cannot be made to passed days, only current and future days. Revenue changes not made here. Use “Reset” to reset changes. When the date picker is in the default selected period, Month or Months, click on a future date and use the text box in the pickup column to adjust your Live forecast. You can add/edit notes on a daily basis, this can be viewed in the graph.
