Data Center and Physical Security

We ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data with industry best practices. Based on the Verizon Business Server Center Cloud Computing Platform as well as Microsoft Azure, the PMI backbone network is fully redundant and can scale as you grow. Main data center is stationed at two physical sites in Oslo, Norway. Database backups are done to Azure cloud environment (North Europe and West Europe; GEO Redundant Storage) as well as to both data centers in Oslo. Physical and virtual server are also fully backed up at suitable intervals.

Application Security

We take steps to securely develop and test against security threats to ensure the safety of our customer data. In addition, d2o employs third-party security experts to perform detailed penetration tests on the PMI applications family. All communications with PMI servers are encrypted using industry standard HTTPS over public networks, meaning the traffic between you and PMI is secure. We implement security best practices to meet industry-based compliance.
