PMI adoption index: How are the measurements calculated?

The below table explains the calculations used for each of the measurements that make up the PMI adoption index.

The Factor value indicates the measurements weighting, or impact on total score. A measurement with a higher factor will have a greater impact on a departments index score. The highest possible factor is 35, the lowest is 3.

Cost driver accuracy Reuses the Live forecast accuracy index derived for the source department(s) used in the cost driver. Monitor Profit center 
Cost driver correlation During the last 185 days the relation between the selected driver and the actual result is compared. Each day of the week is checked independently and the correlation value (Pearson coefficient) for each day is weighted based on hours used per day to get a total score. Adjust Profit center 
Revenue forecast exists Measures if a forecast is in PMI for the current and next 2 months. Plan 28 Profit center 
Revenue Live forecast vs. forecast comparison Measures 1) If a Live forecast is in PMI for the current and next 2 months. and 2) If it differs from the forecast by less than 25%. Do 35 Profit center 
Live forecast accuracy Measures accuracy over the last 3 months using sMAPE Evaluate & Learn 20 Profit center 
Monitor labor cockpit daily Measures on how many days the labor cockpit was viewed during the last 28 days. The goal is 20. Monitor 12 Labor cockpit

Scheduling adaptability Measures if the future schedule is adapted to a change in SMART Forecast at various lead times (3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months). Evaluate & Learn Labor cockpit 
Share of active users Percentage of active users in PMI in the last 10 days. The goal is 100%. Active users are defined as users with department editing rights who logged in to PMI in last 30 days (excluding d2o members). Monitor Labor cockpit
Update labor cockpit daily Measures how many times the labor cockpit was saved in the last 14 days. The goal is 10. Do 10 Labor cockpit without automated imports 
Update Live forecast daily Measures how many times the Live forecast was saved in the last 14 days. The goal is 10. Do 10 Profit center without auto Live forecast
Update P&L monthly Measures how many times the P&L was updated in the last 31 days. The goal is 1. Plan Properties with PMI Planning
